Are you a vegan or vegetarian athlete looking to get the most out of your diet? You’re in luck! As a vegan myself, I’ve developed this program specifically to deliver so that your performance will too.

Don’t tell anyone, but I actually get a lot of referrals from other nutritionists who aren’t exactly sure how to “cope” with highly-performing vegans. And I am happy to help!

This package includes...

  • 60-minute initial consultation
  • Two 30-minute follow-up consultations
  • Source chart of macro/micronutrients, timing, and hydration direction (so you’ll understand the “when”, the “how”, and the “why”)

  • About macronutrients (and how to get the right amount)
  • About high-density plant-based proteins (with complete amino acid profile)

How it works...

Sessions can be done via telephone, or in person if you live within the Greater Victoria area on Vancouver Island. Additional follow-up consultations can be booked on a hourly basis for ongoing clients.
