My Services > 1-on-1 Packages > Eating for Two
So, you didn't get the manual on how to eat for two, safely and effectively. AND you're gluten-free, or *gasp* vegan? Now what?
Here’s a question I get asked all the time: “How do I get the nutrients that my baby and I need during my pregnancy?” It’s a great question. How DO you safely and effectively eat for two?
Spoiler alert: there’s no single answer to this question. Why? Because your pregnancy is an individual experience — after all, you’re biochemically unique!
But you don’t have to worry.
That’s exactly why I designed this package: to meet the individual needs of pregnant women (and couples) with all types of dietary habits. So whether you’re gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, or a meat-eater, we’ll develop a custom plan specifically for you and your baby.
Sessions are provided virtually, via online tools like Zoom, Skype, Messenger, or Facetime. We can work together by phone, too!
Additional follow-up consultations can be booked on a hourly basis for ongoing clients.
If you're ready to get started, simply fill out my online intake form (it only takes 15-20 minutes) and I will be in touch. Or learn more about the process on my How It Works page.
Add an optional 7-day meal plan (complete with recipes to get you started) for an additional $90.00.
Is there a better time than now to improve your health?

“I always did something I was a little not ready to do. I think that’s how you grow. When there’s that moment of “Wow, I’m not really sure I can do this,” and you push through those moments, that’s when you have a breakthrough.”

“I was really happy with my performance in the last game and my stamina was good throughout the entire game. The explanation about timing of meals and snacks has made a big difference!”
