Here’s a question I get asked all the time: “How do I get the nutrients that my baby and I need during my pregnancy?” It’s a great question. How DO you safely and effectively eat for two?

Spoiler alert: there’s no single answer to this question. Why? Because your pregnancy is an individual experience — after all, you’re biochemically unique!

But you don’t have to worry.

That’s exactly why I designed this package: to meet the individual needs of pregnant women (and couples) with all types of dietary habits. So whether you’re gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, or a meat-eater, we’ll develop a custom plan specifically for you and your baby.

  • 60-minute initial consultation
  • A summary of customized recommendations
  • Customized printed package to refer to throughout your pregnancy
  • 30-minute follow-up consultation (by phone)

  • How to eat foods that are rich in nutrients (but not high in fat, sugar, or empty calories)
  • Tips and tricks for getting nutrition into the nauseous
  • What foods you should omit (and be sure to include)
  • How toxins work on the body (and how they can affect development and your breast milk)
  • The right supplements to take (and what brands are best)
  • What you need to know if you are vegan or vegetarian
  • How to ensure you’re eating enough protein (even if you just can’t eat animal protein any more)

How it works...

Sessions can be done via telephone, or in person if you live within the Greater Victoria area on Vancouver Island. Additional follow-up consultations can be booked on a hourly basis for ongoing clients.
